Earlier, the limit of incoming attachments in Gmail was increased to 50 MB. Now Gmail has brought a new feature, since you can watch any video before streaming it, before downloading it. After watching, they can decide whether to download the video or not.

This new feature will be very helpful in saving your PC or laptop space. This feature is currently only launched for desktop users. Hopefully this will soon be launched for smartphones.

In the Gmail video attachment, you will see a video file with a thumbnail image of only one frame of the video. When you double click on it, a player like YouTube will come out, which will start streaming in normal quality. In this player you can also do scenting such as playback, speed adjust and sound balance.

Gmail has given this information in its blog that you had to first download any video file for viewing. But now when you open an email with a video attachment, you will see a thumbnail of a video that you can stream inside Gmail.

Although it is decided that due to the 50MB inward video size, only the smartphone videos can be streamed and not the high quality videos. For high quality videos, it is also necessary to use Google Drive which already comes with stream support.
